CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, may be charged 30% of the scheduled service cost. We understand that emergencies happen and may waive the fee at our discretion. Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours must contact their service provider directly.
